On the other hand...

Ian is so cool. He and I sat up for about a half hour on Sunday night watching his fish and talkin about stuff. How many people with IQs over 100 can say their seven year old is practically their intellectual equal. LOL

Right now he's on a Lilo and Stitch kick. He loves the movie and watches the series on Disney channel every weekend. The basic plot of the series is that the other 625 experiments are let loose one at a time and Lilo and Stitch try and get to them before the Evil Scientist does. Then they find the experient's One True Place. The place where their unique abilities are an asset and where they "fit in". I suppose I can see where the attraction in that lies for him. Everyone around him is trying to hammer him into a round hole, I have no doubt he would love to find his One True Place where people would encourage him to talk about animals and play all day. Heck, I would love to find MY One True Place where people would encourage me to sit around and write all day. LOL

So yesterday we decorated the Christmas tree and afterward the kids wanted to watch Rudolph. We got in here and started it up and Aidan said her favorite part was when the Bumble Snow monster goes RAAAAAR. Ian said his favorite part was when Rudolph found his One True Place. I wanna be as wise as him some day. :D
